We are not a passive holder. Our work is hands-on: we underwrite each interest with technical, engineering, and title diligence; we verify that our assets perform; and we manage the portfolio actively over time. We hold our interests directly and treat every one as a long-term responsibility.
That discipline is the point. Durable value in energy comes from doing the fundamentals properly — careful acquisition, rigorous management, and patience — not from chasing cycles.
Magni — the mighty.
In Old Norse myth, Magni is the son of Thor, known for strength beyond his years — able to lift what others could not. We chose the name as a statement of intent: strength applied patiently, over a long horizon, to assets that reward exactly that kind of discipline.
